Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Integer Overflow or Wraparound involving the pat_len argument in the vbi_search_new() function in search.c. An attacker can cause the application to crash or potentially execute arbitrary code by providing specially crafted input that triggers an overflow.
