How to fix?

Upgrade AlmaLinux:9 nginx:1.22/nginx-mod-http-perl to version 1:1.22.1-3.module_el9.2.0+44+f932b372.1.alma.1 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALSA-2023:6120.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream nginx:1.22/nginx-mod-http-perl package and not the nginx:1.22/nginx-mod-http-perl package as distributed by AlmaLinux. See How to fix? for AlmaLinux:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

The HTTP/2 protocol allows a denial of service (server resource consumption) because request cancellation can reset many streams quickly, as exploited in the wild in August through October 2023.
